Nominations for the organization of the next conference CYTEF 2024 y CYTEF 2026

Eligibility of the Organization of Congress CYTEF 2024 and 2026:

1. Must always appear as co-convener and the Organising Company SECYTEF
2. Must always appear "under the auspices" of the IIR.
3. Deadline for submission of applications: from this moment until 30 September 2022.
4. The evaluation of applications will be made by the Organizing Committee of the previous Congress, in this case the CYTEF 2022, before 31 October 2022. Thus the complete documentation of the applications must be sent to the President of the SECYTEF copied to the Chair of the Organizing Committee CYTEF 2022.
5. Contents of the documentation for each application:

i. Proposed dates of the Congress.

ii. Description of expected international participation, and means to use to achieve maximum influx of international congress. And the dissemination plan of the Congress.

iii. Description of the facilities and the environment where they take place on Congress.

iv. Accommodations

in. Programme of cultural / tourism / activities and / or parallel to the Congress techniques

we. Entity the co-organizers

vii. Description of institutional support and / or business. Methods of obtaining sponsorships

viii. Economic report detailing where

1. Registration fees, distinguishing between teachers and researchers, undergraduate, master y doctorado, and professional firms or institutions
2. Forecast revenues registration fees and sponsorships
3. Forecast expenditure, including all items
4. Balance economic forecast of Congress
5. Conditions to meet:

i. Structure of the Organizing Committee: must include the Local Committee and the components to be agreed with the Society through its President, normally be members of Organizing Committees of previous Congresses, to give continuity to the relationships that are established with companies and institutions, interested in sponsoring the celebration of these Congresses CYTEF.

ii. Structure of the Scientific Committee: Should be maintained as far as possible the existing structure, with the current composition, with justified changes to be proposed in the Bid.

iii. Congress should organize at least one year in advance. Candidates must have two, Holder and one alternate. The alternate will be the, in principle, have priority to organize the next Congress. In this case, an application will have to 2024 and one for 2026. If the owner fails, the organization would give the substitute.

iv. Spatial alternation is particularly encouraged, within the different countries of Latin America.
